Printed Designs

Most custom design requests can be carried out completely free of charge; for example preparing one of the existing tartan Wedding invitation designs with your choice of tartans (even when the tartan file has to be prepared from scratch) or swapping an element of the design with another existing element (changing a thistle to a celtic knot etc.). Extensive reworking of a design may incur a fee or require you to pay a refundable deposit. A fee will normally be required if you wish for example a family or clan badge or crest* that I do not already have prepared (these elements are very intricate and take several hours to create; most are not available to purchase commercially at an image resolution high enough for print purposes). If a deposit is required for additional work, it shall be payable through PayPal prior to commencement of any design work and will be refunded after you place your order and the payment has cleared in the ArtformTheHeart zazzle account. An example of when a deposit may be required would be if you require several products to be customized as a matching set or prior to commencing work on a clan badge.

Handmade Wedding invitations and stationery can be customised to your specific requirements. All items are made in the UK and whilst I am happy to ship internationally, shipping charges may be high and import taxes may be charged by your own country.

* In this circumstance you will also be provided with a digital version of the image for your future use in any non-commercial application.
